ANITA BERG

Anita has held leadership roles in nonprofit agencies and organizational development, operations management, quality improvement initiatives, strategic partnerships, staff and board development, and volunteer management. She has served as the director of a St. Paul-based violence prevention initiative.  Anita holds a Bachelor’s degree in management from Metro State University and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas.

LISA DAMON

Lisa has built and owned multiple businesses, developed and managed public health programs, and taught Public Health in higher education. She has extensive experience with project management, strategic planning, process improvement, community engagement, education and awareness, community health campaigns, and thoughtful recruitment and curation of partnerships. Lisa holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the University of Minnesota with emphases in Public Health and Education.

KRIS ORSON JONES

Kris has a broad range of successful experience in strategic planning, creative business partnerships, communications strategy, and health education. Kris has worked collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to develop innovative and data-driven initiatives improving individual and community health. Kris holds a Bachelor’s degree from Gustavus Adolphus College.

LESLIE LOEDING

Leslie is a data analytics wizard and a leader in quality improvement strategy, primarily with healthcare organizations. She has also collaborated with other nonprofit organizations in designing and implementing program evaluation. Leslie holds a Bachelor’s degree from The College of St. Catherine in Sociology and Criminology and a Master’s degree in Health Services Research and Policy from the University of Minnesota.

ANDREA MCDONALD MARBOE

Andrea’s experience includes strategic planning, communications, grant writing, and project management for Minnesota’s healthcare systems, city and county criminal justice systems and health and human service departments, nonprofit agencies, and community-based organizations. Her efforts include new program development and leading collaborative, cross-sector initiatives to improve the way human services are designed and delivered.
